Oversee financial operations and manage finance team in Benin, ensure compliance and reporting.
You have:
- At least 10 years of relevant finance experience, including at least two years managing a finance team.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
- A professional accounting qualification such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential, a master's degree, or a postgraduate diploma in finance management.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reconciliations.
- High proficiency with accounting and financial management software, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- A solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Openness to learning generative artificial intelligence and other technologies to streamline the finance function.
