- University degree in Business administration/Finance, B. Com, Economics, or equivalence.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of Dari.
- Fresh Graduated no longer 2023.
- Experience in handling financial documents.

Purpose of the Job:
The Finance Intern works under the supervision of finance Coordinator/ officer in Herat Office. He/ She is responsible for some basic financial tasks which are mentioned in further detail as bellow.

Responsibilities
Generic responsibilities:
- Adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines
- Implements independently procedures and activities within own function or core competency as delegated
- Responsible for organizing and delivery of tasks in line with priorities and standards
- Use initiative in day-to-day problem solving in line with agreed procedures, priorities and standards for the area of work
- Ensure proper filing of documents
Specific responsibilities
- Scanning financial documents
- Copying financial documents
- Filing the documents
- labelling the documents
- organizing hard and soft of financial document
- Assist to maintain hard and soft filing system.
- Record transactions in postback
- Prepare voucher for taxes, bank charges, electricity, water and etc.
- Perform other duties as required from his supervisor
