You have:

High level of organizational and communication skills
Strong interest in working with international clients and individuals of diverse cultures
Proven ability to work with consideration and respect for cross-cultural differences
Ability to work independently
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and internet research
Enthusiasm for learning new skills and desire to grow and stretch oneself
Demonstrated level of professionalism
Interns must be able to work at least 15 hours a week for at least three months
Must have reliable transportation to and from IRC's offices
