OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

L'equipe de pays est chargee de promouvoir la cooperation technique, de susciter de l'interet et de coordonner l'aide au developpement de la sante, tenant compte des strategies mondiales et regionales et des lignes directrices de l'OMS. Elle est egalement chargee de contribuer a la collecte, a l'analyse et a la diffusion d'informations sur la sante.Les unites d'appui a la gestion des pays (CSU) ont ete creees dans la structure organisationnelle pour assurer la mise en œuvre operationnelle des plans de travail en s'assurant du respect des politiques, procedures,regles et reglementations organisationnelles.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Les taches specifiques :• Surveiller le flux d'informations des operations y compris les aspects administratifs des ressources humaines avec le RO/AFRO, Global Center et prendre des actions appropriees• Assurer un suivi efficace et rapide des transactions y compris le briefing au personnel et d'autres actions emanant du bureau de l'Administration en liaison avec le bureau du WR, et les clusters au cas echeant.• Faciliter les reunions d'equipe et les ateliers en collaboration avec les unites d'appui telles que la logistique, le service voyage et protocole, selon les horaires et les besoins ; rediger des proces-verbaux et assurer le suivi des points d'action pour garantir une mise en œuvre rapide.• Diffuser les informations sur les procedures administratives au personnel pour conformite du bureau notamment les formations obligatoires, les performances du personnel et la mise a jour des conges.• Rediger la correspondance generale ou administrative sur la base d'instructions, finaliser la correspondance/les rapports pour input de la hierarchie et signature/approbation ;• Creer et/ou maintenir des systemes de classement logiquement compiles, formates et assembles de maniere a faciliter le travail de l'Administration, et ce en etroite collaboration avec d'autres membres du personnel, examen continu du systeme de classement pour s'assurer que l'information est a jour et est utilisee de facon efficace et efficiente ; Autres taches• Veiller a combler les besoins en fournitures de bureau du charge des Operations.• Appuyer les unites support de l'administration.• S'acquitter de toutes autres taches et responsabilites connexes qui peuvent lui etre confiees selon les besoins du Bureau.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Essentielle : Etre titulaire d'un diplome de fin d'etudes secondairesavec une connaissance des procedures generales en matiere d'administration et en Ressources Humaines. Desirable: Desirable : licence (Bac 3) en Administration ou domaines connexes La formation dans les systemes de gestion des Nations Unies est un avantage, de meme que des competences averees en redaction

Experience

Essential: Essentielle : Avoir au moins 5 ans d'experience pertinente dans l'administration avec des connaissances en Ressources Humaines ou en financesou autre domaine connexe. Desirable: Desirable : Une experience pertinente a l'OMS ou une autre Agencedu systeme des Nations Unies est un atout. De meme, une experience dans l'utilisation d'Oracle ou d'autres systemes d'exploitation est un atout.

Skills

Le ou la titulaire du poste fera montre de maitrise ; actualisera ses connaissances sur l'utilisation de la bureautique moderne grace a des cours internes, a des formations en cours d'emploi ou a des activites d'autoformation. Il ou elle se tient au fait de l'evolution des procedures et des pratiques, des regles et des reglements, de la structure administrative du bureau pays, du groupe organique et de l'OMS, afin de pouvoir informer les autres membres et expliquer les procedures.

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at XOF 9,320,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
