Overview
Support planning and data assurance in alternative development programs.
You have:
- Professional in agronomic, environmental, economic sciences, information systems or related fields.
- Desirable postgraduate studies or training in data analysis, geographic information systems, monitoring and evaluation of projects or related areas.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in rural development projects with rural communities, preferably in contexts of illicit crop substitution or transition to legal economies.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in database management, data quality assurance and use of monitoring and evaluation (MEL) tools.
- Proven experience in the use of geographic information systems (GIS) for planning, territorial analysis and monitoring of interventions.
- Experience working with government and NGOs in rural development, food security or alternative development.
- Knowledge of the social, economic and cultural context of rural communities in Catatumbo and proven skills for community dialogue and engagement with local actors.
- Social and communication skills for engaging with communities, public and private institutions, and local implementation partners.
