Job Description

Background/IRC Summary:

The IRC has defined a new strategic mission and vision, along with information technology infrastructure and applications initiatives and key processes that will deliver to the strategic objectives. The IRC is currently implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Management system across the Finance, Supply Chain and Grants Management functions in all IRC locations. Project Integra will retire a number of existing systems, bringing them into a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. Integra is the largest investment in systems that the IRC has ever made and will change the way we work.

Job Overview/Summary:

The ERP Operational Adoption Manager – Systems plays a significant support role cross functionally, working within the Integra team and with the relevant SMEs and Functional Leads to support the efforts of the Operational Adoption Lead to push forward immediate adoption of Integra, alignment of process towards best practice, and continuous improvement of Integra and operational processes for the RAI network. The ERP Operational Adoption Manager – Systems will focus on system enhancement and issue resolution with a focus on investigation, testing and reporting. As needed, the role will support the Operational Adoption Lead efforts to coordinate the efforts of the Functional teams and Superusers. The ERP Operational Adoption Manager–RAI will play a role in supporting functional process review and improvement for RAI offices.

Additionally, the role will focus on the integration between Integra and existing or new IRC systems, including but not limited to ETO. The ETO/Integra Integration is a highly detailed two-way integration that sends a significant amount of data from ETO to Integra and from Integra back to ETO. This information is the foundation to our ability to pay clients in RAI offices and track these payments for reporting purposes. This position is responsible for supporting both of those efforts to reduce the burden placed on offices to handle integration errors and complete clean up following issue resolution.

The successful candidate will be a quick learner who can support data QA, issue investigation and support reconciliation. They should be eager to engage in the growth of the RAI networks operational capacity through direct support to Integra adoption. They should enjoy the opportunities presented by new technologies and be eager to engage with developers and technical team on the continuous improvement of the Integra system. They should have a customer service approach and be ready to support teams that are working through challenges. ERP Operational Adoption Manager – Systems should be capable of identifying and escalating potential risks, comfortable with travel, and invested in the success of IRC-staff.

Major Responsibilities:

· Provide direct support to RAI offices, coordinating efforts of the larger Integra and functional teams, to further adoption and build Integra expertise

· Support the RAI Operational Adoption Lead in the investigation, resolution development, and testing efforts for issues, enhancements or adjustments being made to the Integra system

· Support testing and change management for RAI focused system enhancements. This includes ensuring new features work as designed before they are rolled out and also supporting the communications and trainings that go into introducing new features to users.

· Assist offices in reviewing and responding to errors on the ETO Integration. Support the App Support and IRIS ETO teams in troubleshooting service now tickets related to ETO / Integra.

· Support ETO Reconciliations by generating reports in ETO and Integra

· Ensure documentation of process improvements, enhancements, decisions etc that have been taken to date are incorporated into policy documents or training materials as appropriate

· Conduct information gathering and initial analysis as part of investigation into reported issue trends or suggestions for improvement

· Collaborate with the project team, Operational Adoption Lead, RAI Integra Director and other RAI stakeholders in formulating the enhancement priorities of the ERP solution to meet the objectives of RAI.

Preferred Requirements

· Knowledge of the Integra project strongly considered;

· Knowledge of US RAI offices and programming strongly considered

· Knowledge of Integra and more specifically, RAI specific Integra functional needs

· Knowledge of critical areas for improvement and gaps in learning for RAI offices currently on Integra

· Knowledge of IRC structure and former state business processes, current state Integra business process, strong knowledge of RAI offices preferable

Working Environment

- Standard office environment(s) - US travel as needed, with potential for international travel
