The Nature for Life Hub is a virtual event and learning platform, hosted by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and its partners, dedicated to placing nature at the heart of sustainable development. At its core is a growing suite of Learning Journeys, interactive, self-paced digital experiences designed for professionals to help turn big ideas into practical understanding and action. Through expert insights, real-world examples, case studies, and engaging exercises, the Learning Journeys explore key themes linked to the major shifts needed for a nature-positive future and support users in applying these ideas in their own work.

We are looking for an Online Volunteer to help add Portuguese subtitles to English-language videos for 6 Nature for Life Hub learning journeys, covering a total of 68 videos. Each video is approximately 2 minutes long. The work will be carried out in YouTube.

We are looking for a candidate who is a native Portuguese speaker with strong translation, writing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with subtitling, especially in YouTube, would be highly desirable. A general understanding of global development and environmental issues is also important.
