Overview
Assist clients with employment services and job readiness coaching.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field of study preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in workforce development field strongly preferred.
- Experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations strongly preferred.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in language(s) spoken by client group is desired.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
- Strong relationship building, diplomacy, and networking skills are necessary.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
- Experience with job placement and job readiness training is a plus.
