Overview
Lead the design, planning, and implementation of emergency response programs.
You have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Disaster Management, Social Sciences, Public Health, Medicine, or another closely related field is required
- Experience in humanitarian programming with INGOs, with significant leadership and oversight responsibilities experience in Yemen conflict-affected context.
- Shown expertise in designing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating emergency responses.
- Extensive experience working with local partners, UN Agencies (e.g., WHO, UNICEF), and government authorities.
- Experience in remote management of emergency interventions.
- Experience in rapid response mechanisms, outbreak management and flood responses.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by coordinating the development and execution of comprehensive emergency response plans, encompassing budgeting, procurement, and work plans.
- Remarkable financial management skills, including detailed budget planning, tracking expenses, and crafting spending plans.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
