Overview

Develop dynamic eLearning modules and ensure delivery on time.

You have:

  • Proficient with Articulate 360 software.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience creating eLearning modules using Articulate 360.
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop is a good addition.
  • Good command of English is required.
  • First-level university degree/diploma in any stream; preference to qualified fine art graduates.

Result of Service Timely delivery of SCORM and xAPI compliant elarning modules. Timely delivery of technical documents, configuration, and material management aligned with the specifications, quality, and deadlines.

Expected duration The initial Contract is from 1 February 2022– 31January 2023(12 months) with a possibility of extension.

Duties and Responsibilities The UN’s Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT) defines the strategic direction for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to the UN Secretariat. It oversees ICT programs, budgets, and decision-making to align with the Secretariat’s overall ICT strategy. The Strategic Solutions unit in India is supporting various ICT development initiatives for its HQ at Vienna, Austria. In this unit, we are looking for a passionate eLearning Developer to create unique user experiences through HTML5 based elearning products for Web. Within delegated authority, and in close cooperation with the Software Production Coordinator, the eLearning Developer will be responsible for the Duties and Responsibilities mentioned below: o Evaluate the clients’ needs and provide exper advice on the eLearning modules with the any existing industry standard Learning Managegement System o Provide expertise to develop visually attractive and dynamic eLearning modules. o Assist in packaging SCORM and xAPI compliant course/module o Ensure the course can interface with any industry standard Learning Management System. o Make sure the published courseware is responsive. o Provide guidance and advice to other developers, instructional designers, and graphic artists to meet project milestones. o Maintain project documentation and course folders during the project lifecycle.; o Ensures assets/data security and integrity. o Perform other duties as assigned. o Work is in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment

Qualifications/special skills Skills: Proficient with Articulate 360 software. Should be familiar with paradigms such as Flat, Material, Flat 2.0, etc. Should have a knack to stay updated about the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Adobe photoshop will be a good addition Academic Qualifications: A first-level university degree/diploma in any stream. Preference would be given to qualified fine art graduates Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience creating elearning modules using Articulate 360 for online training courses. Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite and HTML5 Language: Good command of English is required.
