You have:

- Experience of work with complex eGovernment systems such as the eRegistrations system is desirable.

Result of Service
The consultant's tasks will help government officials/operators, field experts, DevOps/administrators of the eRegistrations/ GDB systems, manage online databases with greater efficiency and user experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
In the context of the implementation of the Business Facilitation Program/eRegistrations Systems, under the supervision of the project coordinator and in close collaboration with other international experts, the consultant will improve the Generic Database Builder (GDB) functionality in eRegistrations platform. The tasks contain new features and extensions to the existing functionalities based on pilot users’ feedback. The expected outputs are the following: 1. Develop complex user input validation function. 2. API search improvements (Similarity search, Fuzzy search). 3. GDB schema editor advanced settings improved for schema configuration.
Qualifications/special skills
Academic Qualifications: An advanced university degree, Master, or equivalent in Information Technology or related fields, required. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in development and implementation of IT systems and software development is required. Experience of work with complex eGovernment systems such as the eRegistrations system is desirable.
Languages
Fluency written and spoken in English is required.
