Job Description

- Prepare overarching Training of Trainers (ToTs) Plan for all technical area deliverables under the ECHO project - Prepare detailed Training Plans including National ToTs and supported Provincial Level cascades by Result Area for the different Result areas of the ECHO project - Support Master Teacher Trainers with capacity building on training techniques and delivery including mentoring and coaching and direct training delivery support where required - Oversee quality control for training plans across result areas and ensure technical vetting of all training plans to be delivered to Implementing Partners - Ensure proper training evaluation structures for all national level ToTs and utilize evaluations to inform adjustments and adaptations in training approaches at Provincial Levels - Ensure proper cascade support both in person and remotely for Provincial Level ToTs to increase fidelity of implementation - play a quality control standardization and coaching role to the trainers - Working with Learning Specialists and IM team utilize data to inform improvements and adjustments in training cascades at provincial level as well as national level training delivery - Design induction training and monitoring the development of trainees. - Ensure that statutory training requirements are met. - Conduct continuous assessment and evaluation of teacher training and development programs document summarize and report training data. - Regular supervision to ensure that statutory training requirements are met at the filed level - Closely coordinate with operations to manage the logistics of training programs. - Coordination - Provide technical support to the education team in meeting the ECW project deliverables - Coordinate with the other education team for matters of teacher training - Other Responsibilities: - Attend and participate in trainings identified/organized by your supervisor - Abide by IRC personnel policies and regulations; follow any new procedures and guidelines introduced in circulars from Country Office - Report any violations of the IRC Mandatory Reporting Policy. The reporting of violations is an obligation on the part of all staff members. - Assist where necessary in undertaking activities that aim to prevent the occurrence of sexual abuse and exploitation of beneficiaries by IRC and other humanitarian workers. - Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor or Kabul main office -

Qualifications

- Experience with project management (3 – 5 years) - Strong experience in start-up project planning - Strong communication skills with field staff - Expertise in budget management - Bachelor’s degree, in Education
