Contract

Purpose of the Job:

The Education Technical Officer (ETO) in Herat works to ensure the quality of all Education activities which will be implemented by education team or local NGOs partners. ETO will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reporting the projects and ensuring the quality of all Education projects being implemented in the Herat through partners and education staff. This will include leading of Education team in Herat, tracking the procurements and recruitments and participating in data collection fieldwork; overseeing the beneficiary selection process in coordination with communities, local stakeholders, and other NRC units ensuring that projects are being implemented on schedule (including keeping clear records of distributions); ensuring that plans are being implemented.
