Position: Education Technical Assistant (Small Business Trainer) Reports to: Education Officer Department: Education Unit Duty station: Maung Daw Travel: 70%

- Become familiar with NRC Education Handbook.
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities and all report writing activities
- Record and maintain project specific field documents according NRC Education Program expectations
- Abide by all standard NRC security protocols when circulating in the field and encourage team members to do the same.
- Support the conducting of market surveys and assessments
- Prepare and file relevant documents as required by line manager
