Overview
Manage the effective implementation and reporting of education projects in Cameroon.
You have:
- Diplôme universitaire (au minimum licence) en sciences sociales, éducation, développement communautaire ou domaine connexe (master souhaité).
- Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans dans le secteur humanitaire ou le développement, dont 4 ans en gestion de projets Éducation/Protection de l’Enfance, de préférence en contexte d’urgence.
- Compétences solides en planification, suivi budgétaire, et suivi-évaluation.
- Excellentes capacités analytiques, rédactionnelles et de résolution de problèmes.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft 365, systèmes de gestion budgétaire/projets).
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale ; aptitude à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.
- Maîtrise du français ou de l’anglais (oral et écrit) avec un niveau avancé dans l'autre langue.
