Job Description
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the timely execution of programming - Ensure that all technical programmatic elements are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget of the Project - Develop, oversee, adapt/adjust, monitor, and track detailed project work plans and implementation plans for technical deliverables. - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, linked to adequate resource allocation, client and partner feedback, and donor feedback - Oversee the development of key MEAL planning, , standardization of MEAL tools, and outcome measurements - Report performance challenges and make proper escalation in an immediate fashion - Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure on-time deliverables and/or mitigation measures for implementation delays - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation linked to the successful startup of technical program deliverables - Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements - Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals - Collaborate set and review monthly targets and weekly work plans for the project with IPs and Project staff - Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis - Ensure the effective and donor-compliant management of the project budget through close collaboration with the Finance department - Extensive project planning for successful project startup, including overseeing the creation of detailed project work plans, MEAL plans, and detailed implementation budgets
