Overview

Edit and proofread the UN Mongolia's Development Assistance Results Report.

You have:

  • Strong command of English, preferably as a native speaker and/or high proficiency in English and its subtleties.
  • Strong writing skills and knowledge of grammatical rules are required.
  • Familiarity with technical terms related to development will be considered an asset.
  • Editorial skills and experience in journalism, creative writing and storytelling.

UNCT Mongolia has just released its annual Results Report on the UN Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) in 2017-2021. In order to present a high quality document to the Mongolian partners, the UNRCO seeks support in the editing to improve overall readability and flow of the text. where necessary, we expect the editor to revise and rewrite the sentences to make it easy to understand and compelling. UNRCO Comms officer will be a focal point to support and cooperate.

We are looking for 1 online volunteer to support us in editing and proof reading of the UN Mongolia's Development Assistance Results Report 2021 to edit and ]. The online volunteer is expected to: - Edit the text of the report to improve overall readability and rewrite sentences where necessary, - Read the report or proof to detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax. - Follow the organization's guidelines and directives. - Receive comments and feedback.

Candidates should have a strong command of English, preferably a native speaker and / or high proficiency in English and its subtleties. Strong writing skills and knowledge of grammatical rules are required. Able to pay attention to details. Familiarity with technical terms related to development will be considered an asset. Editorial skills and experience in journalism, creative writing and storytelling.
