Overview
Assure la sécurité dans les écoles et supervise les systèmes d'alerte précoce.
You have:
- Diplôme technique ou diplôme en sécurité, en développement, en droits, en sciences humaines ou diplôme connexe désiré
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre de programmes de sécurité, développement communautaire et analyses des politiques locales
- Expérience de travail dans des contextes humanitaires ou de développement souhaitable
- Compréhension avérée du travail avec les enfants et les enfants particulièrement vulnérables
- Maîtrise du français indispensable, connaissance pratique de l'anglais et langues locales du Cameroun est un atout
- Expérience préalable de supervision et de coordination d'une équipe dans un contexte interculturel
- Expérience antérieure en préparation et intervention d'urgence préférée
- Expérience antérieure dans le renforcement des capacités et le mentorat du personnel souhaité
