Overview

Drive vehicles and provide logistical support for the organization and its staff.

You have:

  • Secondary education with a valid driver's license for all categories.
  • Five years of experience in similar functions.
  • Perfect knowledge of vehicle operation, safety rules, and daily maintenance procedures.
  • Intermediate knowledge of local languages.
  • Beginner knowledge of English is desirable.
  • Knowledge in automotive mechanics is an advantage.

Contract

This is a G-3 contract. This kind of contract is known as General Service and related categories. It is normally only for nationals. It usually requires 3 years of experience, depending on education. More about G-3 contracts.

OBJECTIFS DU PROGRAMME

Le groupe organique GMC est responsable de la bonne gestion administrative et financière au Bureau régional. L'unité ASU qui fait partie de ce groupe a pour objectif d'assurer la prestation efficace et efficiente des services administratifs et logistiques.

RESUME DES TÂCHES ASSIGNEES

Conduire tout véhicule de l'Organisation. Assurer le transport journalier des membres du personnel local du lieu de leur résidence au lieu de travail et vice versa. Assurer le transport des participants aux réunions organisées par le Bureau régional. Aider quant aux diverses courses de l'Organisation. Signaler au superviseur toutes anomalies constatées dans l'état de marche du véhicule. Maintenir le véhicule qui lui est affecté en parfait état de propreté et de fonctionnement. Noter tout déplacement dans le carnet de bord. Assurer le transport scolaire ; Distribuer le courrier entre les diverses unités du Bureau régional (fonction par rotation). S’acquitter d'autres taches selon les besoins.

PROFIL DE RECRUTEMENT

Education

Essentielle : Fin Etudes secondaires avec un permis de conduire toutes catégories. Désirable: Une formation en mécanique automobile serait un atout.

Expérience

Essentielle : Cinq années d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires . Désirable: Expérience dans une organisation internationale serait un atout.

Compétences

Connaissance parfaite de la conduite, des règles de sécurité et de l'entretien journalier d'un véhicule. Connaissance des premiers secours. Aptitude à lire et comprendre les instructions et les cartes. Conduite prudente. Aptitude à détecter les panes. Faire les réglages et réparations courantes.

Langues:

REMUNERATION

L'OMS offre un régime de rémunération attrayant comprenant entre autre le salaire annuel net de XAF XAF 5,634,000 (soumis aux déductions relatives à la contribution à la pension et à l'assurance maladie), les prestations pour les dépendants, le plan de pension, l'assurance-maladie, et les 30 jours de congé annuel.
