This is a UNV contract. More about UNV contracts.

The assignment is document control one. It is about creating an organized system for document through soft copies filing, so, it would be easy for anyone to access and understand what is going on in the project. Also, to easily navigate through the files of the projects.

The task in short is filing documents on the computer and in an online drive. The documents are for two project. One project is construction and rehabilitation project and the other project is procurement project.

The purpose to create an easy and accessible system for document control.

The assignment is expected to start in the 28th July 2022
