Duties and Responsibilities
In the context of the implementation of the Business Facilitation Program, under the supervision of the project coordinator and in close collaboration with other international experts, the consultant will support the implementation of the eRegistrations system and participate in the design, development and testing of digital government services. In particular, s/he will be entrusted with the following tasks: Development of functional prototypes of an online service in Benin and Gambia For each service, Iidentify the registrations, results, forms, fees and agencies involved in the service and list them in the eRegistrations system’s business process analyzer (BPA). Create the user application file in the BPA composed of the following pages: guide, form (combining the information required from all agencies), pay and send page. Identify and create the processing roles in the BPA. Assist the project coordinator in the preparation of prototype presentation to the agencies involved and gather their feedback. Conduct a research of the existing eGovernment systems (if any) and analyze their interoperability with the eRegistrations system.
Qualifications/special skills
Masters in ICT, Digital government innovation, or related fields is required At least 2 years experience of work in fields related to data/information management is required Experience of work with no-code platforms and complex eGovernment services, such as the eRegistrations system, desirable.
Languages
Fluency written and spoken in English is required. Fluency in French is desirable.
