Major Responsibilities:

- Assess current barriers to affordable broadband access for IRC client populations and collaborate with Digital Equity Coordinator to develop action plans to meet ongoing and growing digital needs - Evaluate existing ACP informational materials and work with Digital Equity Tutors to translate documents and ensure written materials are culturally appropriate and responsive. Create new written materials that provide step-by-step guidance on how to access and enroll in the ACP program - Help create in-language instructional videos by coordinating with tutors to write video scripts, working with video editing teams and publishing videos on YouTube - Train Digital Equity Tutors and IRC program staff about ACP program, how to enroll in internet service and where to find available informational resources both internally at the IRC and throughout the greater community - Create and monitor referral form that tracks client and community member’s broadband access and ACP enrollment needs - Set up processes to ensure clients and IRC staff members can easily contact the Digital Equity Team and access ACP enrollment support - Monitor digital equity phone line to answer questions relating to the ACP program. - Monitor referral form, and ensure timely follow-up of appropriate support services - Support clients through in-person home visits with general broadband set-up duties, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide appropriate and timely solutions to any issues - Coordinate with IRC resettlement team to support with internet set-up prioritizing newly arrived refugees and immigrants undergoing our 90-day resettlement process as well as clients with limited digital literacy skills or beginner English-language learners - Identify and attend IRC educational events to provide in-person or virtual information and real time enrollment support - Provide ACP informational materials to previously enrolled IRC clients through mail and in-person community events - Coordinate with partners across sectors, counties, and industries to disseminate translated ACP program information, including written and video materials, to build greater access to this program for all underserved community members in Washington state. - Continually re-assess and edit ACP informational materials to address the ever-evolving digital landscape and create accessible systems to receive client feedback about available resources - With support of Digital Equity Coordinator, utilize established data collection, analysis, and reporting systems; support monitoring and evaluation tools to ensure effective programming. - Keep detailed records of program implementation to support reporting efforts to funders. - Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Relevant degree or equivalent professional and/or lived experience - Lived experience as a refugee or immigrant is preferred - In lieu of lived experience, experience working with refugees and/or immigrants; cross-cultural or overseas experience accepted - Commitment to anti-racism and ongoing learning - Experience working with non-native English speakers of varying levels required - Ability to work well with people of diverse cultural backgrounds, ages, and abilities - Experience supervising and supporting interns, volunteers, and/or contractual workers - Ability to set clear expectations, provide feedback, and follow up with colleagues and partners - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to make presentations - Knowledge, ability, and comfort with digital platforms and ability to assist others to learn necessary skills with these types of platforms - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Flexibility and ability to maintain responsibility for multiple tasks in the context of a diverse, fast-paced work environment - Experience working in a consultative and supportive role - Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and partners in a cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment, and the ability to present to varied audiences required - Comfort and ability with digital systems including financial management systems, data collection systems, communication systems, and other systems - Solid diplomatic and networking skills: the ability to effectively manage a variety of internal and external relationships required - Solid organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, effectively manage time, and meet deadlines required - Strong administrative abilities

Working Environment:

- Standard, professional office environment (flexible remote and in-office) - Access to reliable transportation to travel regularly throughout the service delivery area
