2026 marks a critical moment for gender equality in Jordan. With historic increases in women’s political participation, ongoing Beijing+30 national engagement, and strengthened gender analysis in humanitarian response planning, UN Women Jordan is scaling up its public visibility and advocacy efforts.

To ensure these milestones translate into public awareness and sustained support, UN Women Jordan is seeking four creative Online Volunteers to transform programme results into compelling digital content that inspires engagement and action.

Your work will directly contribute to:

  • Increasing public awareness of women’s political participation gains

  • Promoting national commitments under Beijing+30

  • Strengthening visibility of gender-responsive humanitarian action

  • Engaging youth and digital audiences in gender equality advocacy

  • The content produced will be published across UN Women Jordan’s platforms and contribute to national and regional visibility.

What You Will Gain

Under the supervision of the Head of Communications, the Online Volunteers will:

• Transform reports, data, and impact stories into engaging social media visuals and short multimedia pieces • Develop digital campaign concepts for key observances (e.g., International Women’s Day, political milestones, advocacy events) • Create visual summaries of gender analysis findings for broader audiences • Adapt long-form programme content into accessible, audience-focused digital storytelling formats

Expected Deliverables

• At least 15 ready-to-publish visual content pieces • 2 short video or animated campaign drafts (30–60 seconds) • One mini digital campaign package (concept, visuals, captions)

• Strong graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools) • Experience in social media storytelling • Excellent English writing (Arabic is an asset) • Interest in gender equality, public policy, or advocacy communications
