The assignment is in line with MDFs goal which is to create various policies or guiding materials which will be used by the members of the Foundation to carry out its respective activities, specifically related to delivering capacity building/training/workshop for community development projects.

The teaching , learning and awareness policy/guidelines, like other policy develop by MDF, will guide members of MDF when teaching members of the community during a capacity building training like women empowerment, climate change and other environment issues projects, etc.

To that end, we are seeking the support of Online Volunteers with experience in higher-learning teaching to support us in developing the guiding materials. The assignment is relevant to the UN SGD as it fits well with MDF's objective which is to continue supporting rural community development to address various SDG challenges including women empowerment, climate change and other environmental issues in PNG.

MDF requires the support of 3 online volunteers who have knowledge and experience in teaching and learning who will be able to draft a guiding material (policy) which will help to guide members of the Foundation when carrying out a capacity building training or awareness in a rural community in Papua New Guinea.

The final material developed will be used by MDF to guide its activities in the teaching, awareness and information dissemination.

Specifically, each volunteers will be assigned with one of the following tasks: 1. research and gather information 2. compile the material 3. edit and refine the final draft.

The Online Volunteers will receive certificate upon completion of the assignment and will be provided a reference from the Foundation.

MDF requires the service of 2 qualified teachers who have experience in higher learning teaching and learning. Candidates must be familiar with the use of Google Classroom, Power point, Zoom meet and other communication medium used to disseminate information. Students doing a PhD in teaching and learning are encouraged to apply.
