Qualifications
Education: Degree/diploma in statistics, computer science/IT/or any sector or sub-sector-related field
Work Experience: At least 6 months of experience working in monitoring and evaluation, data collection, transcription, etc.
Demonstrated Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated the use of ICT4D such as Kobo collect, Ona, Commcare etc. - Demonstrated report writing skill, facilitation, and communication skills. - Strong data collection, and data documentation skills required. - Familiarity with MEL tools and processes. - Experience in supporting assessment. - Most importantly, commitment to IRC values and principles. - A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with groups of diverse backgrounds.
Languages: English and Hausa is a must, Kanuri will be an advantage
Computer/Other Tech Requirements:
- Full professional competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to Travel: 70 % of the time will be required to be spent on the field.
