Result of Service- Comprehensive analysis of the Data extracted from RSB dataset repository - Comprehensive analysis of UNDAC and INSARAG meetings, training and exercises. - Comprehensive information posted in OCHA Hub for ERS, UNDAC and INSARAG - Clear data, statistics and dashboard for procurement handle by the Regional and the HQ teams. - Visualize the statistics reports for clients in OCHA Hub. - Information available in OCHA HUB Sites, for reporting purposes. - Updated and functional e-training platforms for the Humanitarian community. - RSB relevant staff is well trained on the use of new platforms and roster management systems

Expected duration One (1 ) months as follows:

-9 Jan to 6 Feb 2022

Duties and Responsibilities- Analyzes the information generated by the Emergency Response Section and the Response Support Branch, in relation with different response mechanisms and its correspondent rosters with the aim of improving the visuals to use them as a roster management tool. - Harmonize the data format used by the different systems to create a sole data source to deliver consistent information to donors and decision makers on underfunded activities and work priorities. - Classify the information to be shared with the public and the internal information, paying particular attention to confidential data. - Design RSB/ERS charts on information to be provided by the section and the branch on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Generate statistics from the data generated by ERS staff, in power BI - Generate UNDAC mission account balances report on Power BI - Design and deliver the training to RSB staff in charge of data maintenance. - Design the Virtual On-Site Operation and Coordination Centre (E-OSOCC) with the latest updates using the lessons learnt from latest emergency response missions, using Articulate 360 software - Provides advice on new systems to monitor information and reach out to the roster of external experts in RSB.

Qualifications/special skills Skills: Knowledge of Power BI and Articulate 360 tools is desirable. Academic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, system management or equivalent Experience: At least 3 year of experience in the field of business administration, data analysis or IT systems. Experience in Share Point and Power BI required. Knowledge of the work of OCHA, UNDAC and INSARAG and other RSB response mechanisms is an asset Language: Fluent in English, French desirable
