Result of Service Output 1. World Plan, Solution Architecture and Mockup - Workplan for the assignment prepared and agreed upon by RCO - Solution architecture for the dashboard has been identified and agreed upon by RCO - The concept of the dashboard and submission form identified with consultation with RCO - Mockup dashboard and submission from prepared and agreed by RCO and SDG Secretariat

Output 2. Alpha Release for Back and Front End - The prototype of Interactive dashboard of repository of good practices of SDG in development server that included o Front page and back end of dashboard o Submission form as an integral part of the dashboard - Release improved version of dashboard and submission form as Alpha Release based on the inputs from RCO and SDG Secretariat - The existing SDGs good practices and stories entered into the dashboard - The alpha release agreed by RCO and Bappenas

Output 3. Full Release - The dashboard published on Bappenas website - Develop a manual to operationalize the dashboard - Handover the dashboard to Bappenas - Train the Bappenas team to maintain and improve the dashboard

Duties and Responsibilities The UN Resident Coordinator Office (RCO) is seeking a consultant to support the National Secretariat of SDG under National Development Planning Agencies (Bappenas) in the development of a supplemental SDG Dashboard. This dashboard is created as a repository to manage and disseminate good practices, case studies and stories related to the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals in Indonesia. The Dashboard will be an integral part of the SDG Secretariat Websites and/or SDG Dashboard.

The consultant will support the SDG Secretariat to develop a supplemental SDG Dashboard to help the SDG Secretariat and Bappenas to manage and disseminate good practices, case studies and stories related to the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals in Indonesia. The details responsibilities are as follows: - To prepare workplan of the task - To identify Solution Architecture - To prepare concept and Mockup dashboard - To create and improve the prototype of Interactive dashboard - To create a submission form as an integral part of the dashboard - Create an alpha release version of the dashboard - Entry the existing good practices, and stories into the dashboard in collaboration with SDG Secretariat Team - Support Bappenas team to Install the dashboard in Bappenas Server and put in Bappenas website - Develop a manual to operationalize the dashboard - Handover the dashboard to Bappenas - Train the Bappenas team to maintain and improve the dashboard

Qualifications/special skills Academic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.

Experience: - At least 3 years of work experience in experience in web development with dashboards and web-based input programs; - Strong theoretical and practical background in document repository; - Familiar with JavaScript; PHP, HTML, and CSS; - Familiar with UI/UX; - Experience with Keshif will be preferable; Language: - Fluency in Bahasa - Written and spoken proficiency in English
