Overview
Coordinate health services and ensure quality implementation in ConEsperanza program.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences required.
- Postgraduate degree in public management, public policies, auditing or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in humanitarian, social or health work in NGOs and/or in the public or private sector.
- Knowledge in billing processes, auditing, contracting with health service providers is required.
- Desired experience in budget management of programs.
- Experience coordinating or developing coordination processes with national government entities, territorial entities or health sector.
- Professional experience in leadership, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of projects aimed at strengthening communities or vulnerable populations.
- Knowledge of territorial contexts such as armed conflict and human mobility processes.
- Strong writing skills in drafting technical documents and reports are required.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in database management and intermediate MS Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word, tables, databases, data analysis/visualization tools) are essential.
