Design and develop training sessions on photographic documentation of drought impacts.

You have:

Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Communication Sciences or related fields.
Proven training or experience in Photography, Photojournalism, Social Communication, Audiovisual Communication, Visual Anthropology, and/or related areas.
Minimum experience of 2.5 years in projects linked to communication for development, social research, community process systematization and/or audiovisual material curation.
Experience in facilitating participative workshops, preferably with young people from rural communities.
Experience in academic institutions, public, private or civil society organizations (NGOs), with emphasis in communication and development projects.
Ability to facilitate and lead groups in participatory environments.
Proactivity and ability to work autonomously.
Good narrative writing and information synthesis skills.
Skills for interdisciplinary work and in intercultural contexts.
Previous experience in projects related to climate change, family agriculture, or agrobiodiversity will be valued.
