Las tareas a realizar son: 1\. Coordinación de reuniones organizadas por CI. 2\. Apoyo a la elaboración y gestión de contratos relativos al programa CI. 3\. Redacción de borradores de documentos relativos a la ejecución del programa (cartas, e-mails, etc.). 4\. Apoyo a la preparación de presentaciones y presupuestos. 5\. Coordinación de la difusión de actividades en liaison con los colegas encargados de la comunicación en la Oficina. 8\. Alta de proveedores. 9\.
