Depuis 2021, l’ISM a développé avec l’appui de l’UNICEF, GIZ et DCAF un toolkit de formation pour les juges de la famille et les juges d’enfants respectivement. Les modules de formation, tant pour le civil que pour le pénal, ont été élaborés conjointement à la suite d’un processus consultatif d’évaluation des besoins avec les parties prenantes. L’objectif de ces outils de formation est de renforcer les compétences des magistrats spécialisés en justice pour enfants et de permettre aux juges d’enfants et juges de la famille de renforcer leurs connaissances, promouvoir les pratiques professionnelles et doter les magistrats des outils nécessaires pour renforcer leurs capacités professionnelles. Les deux toolkits de formation ont été validés par le ministère de la Justice qui a sollicité l’appui de l’UNICEF pour recruter des experts qui puissent faciliter les formations des juges.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • Disposé d’un diplôme d’études supérieures (Minimum Maitrise) en Droit, sciences juridiques, sciences sociales
  • Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de travail en équipe ;
  • Très motivé (e) avec une habilité à travailler avec un minimum de supervision
  • Esprit d’initiative, de prise de décisions et esprit de synthèse
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et d’interaction avec les magistrats
  • Bonnes capacités organisationnelles
  • Bonne maitrise des outils informatiques.
  • Connaissances approfondies du système de justice pour enfants.
  • Expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de la protection des droits de l’enfant
  • Expérience avérée dans la formation d’adultes.
  • Maîtrise des langues arabe et française parlées et écrites.

Proposition financière: Les candidat.e.s sont invité.e.s à produire une offre financière indiquant la rémunération totale (honoraires, frais de mission, etc.).

Individuals engaged under a consultancy or individual contract will not be considered “staff members” under the Staff Regulations and Rules of the United Nations and UNICEF’s policies and procedures, and will not be entitled to benefits provided therein (such as leave entitlements and medical insurance coverage). Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.

The selected candidate is solely responsible to ensure that the visa (applicable) and health insurance required to perform the duties of the contract are valid for the entire period of the contract. Selected candidates are subject to confirmation of fully-vaccinated status against SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) with a World Health Organization (WHO)-endorsed vaccine, which must be met prior to taking up the assignment. It does not apply to consultants who will work remotely and are not expected to work on or visit UNICEF premises, programme delivery locations or directly interact with communities UNICEF works with, nor to travel to perform functions for UNICEF for the duration of their consultancy contracts.
