Result of Service Recorded video of the training, teaching to edit UNECE main website.

Duties and Responsibilities Currently, before being able to edit UNECE website (custom Drupal 9 CMS), future editors need to watch the recorded version of a past remote interactive training. This video is four hours long, in some parts unstructured and not edited, with parts not useful for the training. The Consultant will perform following duties:

understand current training and learn how to edit the website propose a restructured training for an easier understanding and with more clearly defined topics include possibility for the trainee to use an available website sandbox environment, for example after each topic once approved, record the training, including: shared screen with audio comment by the consultant special indications for mouse interactions Provide video timetable to allow jumping to a specific point Once uploaded to UN Microsoft Stream, review and correct generated transcript

The video will be used in two different contexts: for new editors, to be watched sequentially and completely; for existing editors, as a focused reminder on a specific topic. Independently of the video training, the consultant will also provide: A. Contextual help text for editing interface when current text is absent or insufficient B. Enrich current online help with specific “how-to” tasks – list on which tasks are needed are to be agreed after step 2. For tasks above, the Consultant is only to provide content. Technical integration in the Drupal website is out of scope.

Qualifications/special skills Academic Qualifications: First degree on training/ teaching or web development is required. Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Language: English
