Promote integration and synchronization between sponsorship and program through effective use of digital tools.
You have:
- Minimum BAC+3 in computer science or equivalent diploma required.
- Good knowledge of English required.
- Proficiency in digital system tools required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Data Analysis is required.
- Experience in volunteer management is a plus.

Promouvoir l’intégration et la synchronisation entre le parrainage et le programme à travers une utilisation effective et rationnelle des applications HOPE, TFE et Horizon dans une seule plateforme (One Login) afin de maximiser l'impact sur le bien-être de l'enfant par une transformation dans la vie des parrains/marraines et communautés.
Responsabilités Majeures :
Faire la revue des qualités des éléments du sponsorship2.0
Faire la revue des rapports des volontaires communautaires et OCB afin de faire l’état de leurs paiements dans le délai
Suivre la délivrance et la réception des correspondances selon le standard du parrainage du bureau aux terrains et vis versa en maintenant le SOI (Indicateur Opérationnel du Parrainage) au vert toute l’année
Faire la revue qualité des correspondances avant la traduction
S’assurer de la mise à jour et de la synchronisation des smartphones avant d’envoyer au terrain
Qualifications: Formation/Connaissances/Connaissances Techniques et Expériences
Les éléments suivants sont exigés à travers une combinaison de formation formelle, auto-formation, expériences, etc.
Qualification minimum exigée:
- Minimum BAC+3 en informatique ou diplôme équivalent,
- Bonne connaissance en Anglais
- Maitrise des outils de système digitale
Bonne connaissance en Microsoft World, Excel et Analyse des données et autres bases de données
