Result of Service

The contractor is expected to contribute significantly to the successful development, implementation, and maintenance of digital solutions across EOSG. This involves supporting business units in identifying needs, mapping processes, and co-designing digital tools and analytics products. Ultimately, the role aims to enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, ensure effective knowledge management, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the office. By the end of the assignment, the ultimate result of the service is defined by the successful completion of the expected outputs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Digital Solutions Development and Implementation: In collaboration with business units, develop, program, test and implement analytical products and digital solutions, such as new sites, forms, workflows and dashboards, using Microsoft 365 technologies (e.g., SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Power BI, Dynamics 365) and other content management systems. 2. Deployment and Maintenance of Digital Solutions: Provide support for deployed solutions, including version management, data recovery and ongoing reviews with users to respond to their requests. 3. Data Management: Implement and manage data management solutions and data analytics using tools such as Dynamics 365, Forms, Qualtrics, and Power BI. Utilize data management and engineering approaches, including Python, SQL, R, and PowerQuery, to optimize data workflows. 4. User Support and Training: Prepare technical and user documentation for deployed applications and systems, as well as training materials and presentations. Develop and deliver presentations and workshops to enhance user knowledge and adoption of digital tools. 5. Project Administration and Coordination: Process administrative actions and resolve issues related to project implementation, such as organizing and participating in training, procurement of products and services, etc. 6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Conduct research on new technologies, keep abreast of developments in the field, and assist in testing and evaluating new products and technologies as requested.

Qualifications/special skills

Advanced degree in management, business, analytics, computer science, information systems, public administration, political science, international relations, or other related social sciences. At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, data management, analytics, digital workflow and solutions design, or similar is required. Experience in Microsoft workflow and knowledge management technologies (e.g. SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Excel, etc.) is required. Experience with customer relations management systems and survey tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Forms, Qualtrics) is desirable. Experience with self-service analytics applications (e.g. Power BI) is desirable. Experience in data management and engineering approaches (e.g. Python, SQL, R, PowerQuery) is desirable. Experience in efficient slide deck production (e.g. PowerPoint, ThinkCell) is desirable

Languages

Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required.
