Overview
Map existing feedback and safeguarding mechanisms in refugee communities.
You have:
- A master’s degree or higher in Monitoring and Evaluation, social sciences, development studies, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, with a focus on humanitarian context.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in AAP, safeguarding, protection, or community engagement.
- Proven experience in designing and conducting multi-stakeholder assessments preferably in refugee setting.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with proven experience in applying mixed research methods.
- Proficiency in statistical software for analysis, such as SPSS, STATA, NVIVO.
- Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to write clearly and effectively in English.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding standards and feedback mechanisms.
