You have:
- Title in journalism, communication or related fields.
- Additional training in digital communication and social media management.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles or consultancies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work coordinated with multiple profiles.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in Spanish (native) and English, both written and spoken.

Su acción se revela a través de un gran número de proyectos en las áreas de educación, ciencias naturales, ciencias sociales, cultura y comunicación e información, que involucran a gobiernos, organizaciones sociales y a la ciudadanía de 33 países y 4 Miembros Asociados de América Latina y el Caribe. En cumplimiento con los estándares y normas establecidas por la UNESCO: \- Generar, gestionar y difundir contenidos (historias, entrevistas, entre otros) en web y redes sociales. \- Desarrollar la identidad visual de la comunicación digital (imágenes, gráficos, gifs, videos, entre otros). \- Difundir eventos y actividades a través de las distintas plataformas disponibles. \- Administrar el mailing de la Oficina a través de plataforma de envíos masivos, gestión de bases de datos de envíos y segmentación. \- Crear, diseñar y distribuir mensualmente el boletín mensual de la Oficina. \- Realizar la actualización técnica y visual de los distintos espacios visuales de la Oficina mediante la carga de noticias, mantenimiento de plugins, gestión de webinarias y otras demandas asociadas. \- Realizar la cobertura en tiempo real de eventos virtuales de gran escala. \- Realizar servicios fotográficos de eventos, según requerido. \- Realizar filmaciones y edición de eventos, según requerido. \- Aumentar, gestionar y reportar mensualmente el número de seguidores en cada uno de los perfiles sociales. \- Generar campañas para fomentar la participación de los usuarios, fortalecer su fidelización y sumar nuevos. \- Generar mensajes y hashtags de lanzamiento y posicionamiento de las iniciativas y actividades. \- Monitorear conversaciones en cada uno de los perfiles. \- Elaborar un informe mensual con las métricas de cada una de las redes sociales y del sitio web, incluidos desafíos encontrados y recomendaciones internas. **COMPETENCIES (Core / Managerial)** ------------------------------------ Accountability (C) Communication (C) Innovation (C) Knowledge sharing and continuous improvement (C) Planning and organizing (C) Results focus (C) Teamwork (C) Professionalism (C) **REQUISITOS** -------------- \- Título universitario (nivel licenciatura) en periodismo, comunicación o afines. \- Formación adicional en comunicación digital y gestión de redes sociales. \- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en cargos o consultorías similares. \- Conocimiento del mandato y funcionamiento de la UNESCO, y del Sistema de las Naciones Unidas en general. \- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés.
