Overview

Support UNICEF in performance and career management through workshops and coaching.

You have:

  • Design and facilitate a variety of workshops for multicultural audiences.
  • Experience in performance and career management workshops delivery.
  • ICF coaching accreditation with relevant experience post accreditation.
  • Fluency in any of the UN languages.
  • Willingness to travel for engagements as necessary.

Contract

Under the overall guidance of the Chief of Performance Management and Career Development (PMCD), the consultant(s) will support a range of work around managing performance, developing careers and providing coaching support for UNICEF staff.

The consultant(s) will design and facilitate workshops supporting the management of performance and careers, as well as, Training of Trainer (ToT) workshops through face to face and virtual delivery. The consultant(s) will provide coaching in relation to performance and career management, as appropriate.

Proposals should cover the following information:

  • A cover letter outlining your relevant experience in designing/facilitating a variety of workshops for multicultural audiences, including any experience of Performance Management, Career Management workshops. Please advise on your willingness to travel
  • For Consultants interested in providing coaching only, please provide confirmation of ICF and/other coaching accreditation and years of experience post ICF accreditation.
  • Your resume/CV including fluency in any of the UN languages
  • Your preferred daily rate
  • The names/contact information of two references

Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
