The AAE Strategy Week Program is a week-long online event, where AAE interns collaborate with entrepreneurs in applying the tools of SWOT Analysis and Green Model Checks for strategic planning and sustainability, helping SME businesses evaluate the internal and external factors that influence their operations. These tools empower the businesses to make informed decisions, address challenges effectively, and seize opportunities for growth. For AAE interns, who participate in the program, this process transcends theoretical learning—they apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios, researching and analyzing the businesses featured on the AAE platform.

The next Strategy Weeks are scheduled for February 17–21, 2025, and May 19–25, 2025. Alongside this, we will organise a Consultative Webinar in late February to actively engage the entrepreneurs through questions, discussions, and feedback to gather input and insights to improve the program's design and implementation, essentially using the webinar as a platform for consultation with potential users.

The primary goal is not just to inform about the program but to actively involve participants in shaping its development by soliciting their opinions and concerns. The webinar will be used to gather valuable data on the program's relevance, accessibility, content, and potential impact, which can be used to refine the program further.

This program advocates for the role of entrepreneurship in inclusive development and the creation of innovative business models and products to enhance economic growth, in accordance with SDG Target 8.3: Promote development-oriented policies that support productive activities, decent job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, and encourage the formalization and growth of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises, including through access to financial services

The consultative webinarwill be hosted by AAE via Zoom. SME entrepreneurs within the AAE network are primarily targeted. The webinar goes beyond a simple presentation by encouraging active participation through a Q&A session to collect valuable insights and feedback from the audience to inform program improvements, adjustments, or future iterations.

Two volunteers co-present , under the guidance of the AAE Member Department. One volunteer will essentially present the program and record feedbacks, whiles the other volunteer facilitate the interactive session.

The online volunteers will have the opportunity to build connections with the Member Department and learn about the ways in which program can support visibility of the AAE transformative work in supporting the mission for sustainable development.
