Overview

Assist with client satisfaction surveys and engagement.

You have:

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment; experience using interpreters desired.
  • Highly effective communication skills, emotional intelligence, and situational awareness.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible self-starter with ability to work independently and collaborate with others, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a demanding work environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English; written and spoken.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is highly preferred.
  • Data analysis skills is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct client satisfaction surveys with refugee and immigrant populations served by IRC. - Understand from clients their preferred ways to engage and provide feedback. - Assist with collecting and analyzing accurate client data, and data disaggregation. - Strongly adhering to IRC client data protection and confidentiality guidelines. - Assist with developing tools and resources for clients on IRC and community services, such as flyers, informative videos, resource guides, etc. - Attend and actively participate in Client Voice meetings and trainings.

Qualifications REQUIREMENTS
