Major Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead the development and implementation of client feedback mechanisms. - Work in collaboration with Program Managers and staff across departments to recruit and oversee logistics for clients to participate in feedback mechanisms. - Work with Impact and Strategy Manager and Client Voices Associate to assess need, develop and execute a plan of action for client-facing materials ( i.e., newsletters, websites, and social media). - Build office-wide ‘buy-in’ to respond to client feedback through office initiatives. - Work with the Impact and Strategy Manager to identify key findings from client engagement initiatives. - Coordinate and participate in monthly orientation training for new hires. - Prepare for and assist the facilitation of data review sessions for all-staff. - Collaborate with and support office program staff on client satisfaction, core indicator, and feedback efforts, including but not limited to focus group discussions and surveys. - Understand from clients their preferred ways to engage and provide feedback. - Support program staff to develop feedback action plans. - Proactively engage with local refugee and diaspora communities, and raise community issues to office leadership, as needed, in coordination with other program staff and leadership. - Provide guidance and leadership to the Client Voices Associate and AmeriCorps Associate. - Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field of study preferred. However, relevant training and processional experience may be substituted.

Work Experience:

Relevant professional experience in human services field required; minimum of 3 years’ experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated Skills & Competencies:

- Demonstrated experience working with refugees, asylees, victims of human trafficking, and/or immigrant populations required. - Community outreach experience strongly preferred; ability to effectively build internal and external relationships. - Experience leading focus groups highly desirable. - Experience developing content for dissemination – including but not limited to newsletters, websites, and social media (proficiency in Canva, video production, and/or formal content creation highly desirable). - Excellent organizational skills. - Creativity and initiative to follow through on projects. - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with monitoring and evaluation preferred. - Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in language(s) spoken by client group is desired. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to use the internet and other digital tools for data entry, research, and problem-solving purposes. - Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle. - Applicants with lived experience of forced migration particularly welcome.

Working Environment:

- A combination of standard office environment, remote work, and regular ‘field’ time within the service delivery area to perform the above outlined responsibilities. - May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
