You have:

  • Experience in child protection and mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) programming.
  • Strong understanding of the inter-agency guidelines and standards related to child protection and MHPSS.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training and capacity strengthening activities.
  • Experience working with communities and understanding the local context.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in report writing and documentation.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation of social programs.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.

Technical Support

  • Provide feedback of Child Protection and MHPSS programme approaches, tools, methodologies, and technical documents to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
  • Support implementation and application of relevant standards and guidance, including CPMS, Inter-Agency Case Management Guidelines, and IASC MHPSS Guidelines.
  • Contribute to identifying technical implementation challenges and support follow-up actions agreed with Technical Advisor and project teams.
  • Support integration of Child Protection, MHPSS, safeguarding, inclusion, disability, and gender considerations across programme activities.
  • Track and sharerelevant Protection sector updates, guidance, tools, and good practices for dissemination to project teams and partners.
  • Provide implementation information and lessons learned for proposal development when requested.
  • Support engagement with partners, government entities, clusters, working groups, and other stakeholders.
  • Support implementation of child and adolescent participation approaches within programme activities and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support safeguarding strengthening initiatives and partner compliance with safeguarding requirements in collaboration with the Safeguarding Specialist.

Project Implementation and Partner Support- Support partners in implementing project activities according to approved workplans, budgets, indicators, and donor requirements. - Monitor progress against targets and support timely delivery of planned activities and outputs. - Review partner reports and supporting documentation and ensure timely submission of quality reports. - Support development and tracking of implementation plans and activity schedules. - Monitor project risks, delays, and implementation gaps and support follow-up actions. - Provide day-to-day technical support to implementing partners and field teams. - Support budget utilization monitoring and alignment between planned activities and expenditures for partners and WVI activities. - Support partners to prepare reports (5ws, ITT, narrative monthly, interim reports - Develop and maintain operational implementation plans based on approved project designs and DIPsSupport coordination meetings with partners and relevant stakeholders as delegated by the Project Manager.

Capacity Strengthening- Maintain partner capacity strengthening plans in Child Protection and MHPSS. - Organize and support trainings, orientations and technical learning sessions. - Adapt and contextualize technical guidance, tools, and training materials for the Ukrainian context. - Support delivery of World Vision Child Protection approaches, project models, and technical methodologies.

Programme Monitoring, Learning, and Field Support- Support monitoring activities in coordination with the MEAL/OPS/TA team. - Conduct regular field visits and technical monitoring of partner implementation. - Review monitoring data, assessments, evaluations, and programme performance information. - Follow up on recommendations from monitoring visits, evaluations, audits, and technical reviews. - Document lessons learned, good practices, implementation challenges, and improvement actions. - Prepare technical monitoring updates and contribute to programme
