- Fluency in English; proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is an asset.

We are looking for a Cash and Markets Programme Manager who will be responsible for contributing to the design, implementation and evaluation of cash and markets programming in Ukraine. Coordinating with CO Cash and Markets staff. the Cash and Markets Programme Manager has responsibility for ensuring that NRC’s cash programme design is relevant to the needs of displaced and conflict-affected persons, offers value for money and is of high quality during the whole project cycle.
With a strong focus on operational implementation, programme quality and support across units within the C&M team, the Cash and Markets Programme Manager will guide the development and continuous evolution of NRC’s Ukraine response Cash programming portfolio and act as the PCM compliance/focal point for this programme. This role will also support the Cash & Markets Specialist in the development and standardisation of approaches for the MPCA program, support to project and programme planning, implementation, proposal development, monitoring, evaluation, capturing impact evidence, introducing innovations and capacity building.
