You have:
- A bachelor's degree in social sciences, community accountability monitoring and evaluation, international development, communications, or a related field is required or demonstrated equivalent work experience in the field.
- Three years of relevant experience in community accountability and quality control or managing feedback response mechanisms.
- Strong management skills and good understanding of relevant cross-cultural issues.
- Effective verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills are necessary.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, including report development, writing, and editing.
- Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with project personnel.
