The Role:

Manager- Campaign, will work under the supervision of Director- Policy, Advocacy, Influencing and Campaign. This position holder will lead the organization to move a pro-affordable influence and campaign agenda at multiple levels engaging potential rights holders and duty bearers, affiliates, allies, network, coalition and partners and advocates to excel the lives of youth and children in the community. S/he will be responsible for the design, delivery and monitoring of Plan International’s Girls Get Equal and other national campaigns in Bangladesh, in both development and humanitarian contexts. Working closely with Plan International Bangladesh’s Youth Advisory Panel (YAP), youth organizations/networks and programme and influencing team members, s/he will ensure Plan International Bangladesh’s youth champions representation is visible, engaging, respected and active through its campaigns. S/he will identify and integrate campaign issues and contents with programmes and projects and bridge them with national, regional and global campaign priorities. S/he will lead the process of integrating campaign with projects and programme keeping it aligned with country strategy visions and campaign priorities of global as well as Asia Pacific Region. This position will be responsible to contribute in the regional and global campaign strategy, powering the movement, and agency building. She/he will work closely with thematic leads, geographic leads, Country Management Team (CMT), Monitoring Evaluation Research and Learning (MERL), and most importantly with youth and youth organization for building and strengthening partnership with them

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual with a Master’s degree inJournalism, Mass Communication, from a reputed University. Advanced degree in Law, International Relations, Gender Studies or similar areas will be preferred with minimum five years in the similar job in large organization preferably in reputed NGO/INGO. Along with Significant experience of designing and delivering campaign both at rural and urban, whom would Lead Plan International Bangladesh’s Campaign and influencing portfolio
