- Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero Civil, Arquitectura o Carreras Afines.
- Maestría en Ingeniería Estructural y Protección contra Incendios.
- Colegiado habilitado de ingeniería Industrial, civil, arquitectura o carreras afines.
- Al menos 8 años de experiencia en Seguridad integral en protección contra incendio e inspecciones técnicas de seguridad.
- Sólido conocimiento en Reglamento de inspecciones técnicas de seguridad en edificaciones – ITSE, y manual de ejecución de ITSE.
