Overview
Lead business development strategies and manage proposal processes.
You have:
- Master’s degree in Development Studies, International Development, Social Sciences or relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, donor scoping, proposal writing and donor engagement in both development and humanitarian sectors.
- Experience with major donors such as USAID, FCDO, EC, ECHO and others, as well as private sector funding.
- Familiarity with key global standards such as Core Humanitarian Standards, Sphere Standards, humanitarian principles, ALNAP and IASC.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communications skills with exceptional ability to articulate complex issues in a clear comprehensible manner to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent writing skills, ability to deliver high-quality proposals and documents with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines, multi-tasking.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse environment.
