Overview
Support the Senior Program Manager in implementing case-finding interventions.
You have:
- Master's degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in public health or development programs, with at least three (3) years working with an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO).
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination, implementation monitoring, stakeholder coordination, data management, program reporting, and supportive supervision.
- Experience working with Global Fund-supported programs is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in tuberculosis, infectious diseases, or other public health programs will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and report writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
