You have:
- Education: Completed High School or Incomplete University Degree
- Experience: Minimum of one year in financial institutions in a similar position
- Skills: Proficient in Office applications
- Interest in field work (door-to-door sales)
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

[0:58 p. m., 19/5/2022] Neyda Red: REQUISITOS • Escolaridad: Bachillerato Concluido o Licenciatura Trunca • Manejo de Office • Experiencia mínima de un año en instituciones financieras y en puesto similar. • Gusto por el trabajo en campo (cambaceo) • Gusto por las ventas, facilidad de palabra, dinamismo y pro actividad. • Organización, habilidad en ventas, comunicación Efectiva, negociación, capacidad de análisis, atención al detalle FUNCIONES • Planear y cumplir con las metas de su equipo de trabajo. • Proporcionar adecuadamente servicios de micro crédito a los microempresarios. • Realizar reporte mensuales de cierre de cartera • Capacitar y desarrollar constantemente al equipo de trabajo • Crear un buen equipo de trabajo, proporcionando guía, dirección y motivación a su equipo de trabajo • Llevar a cabo una inducción apropiada para los nuevos Oficiales de Crédito y Auxiliares Administrativos.
