Assist in promoting, protecting, and monitoring the rights of indigenous peoples in RDC.

You have:

Experience of 1 year in human rights, community development, research or documentation, working with indigenous or marginalized groups in supporting roles.
Knowledge of issues related to indigenous peoples in the DRC is a major advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in community mobilization, field work or support to humanitarian/development programs.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with vulnerable communities.
