Overview
Support Malaria and NTD programs through strategy and finance management.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, banking and finance, public policy, public health, international development, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Work experience in finance, banking, management consulting, public health, international development, public sector, or other relevant sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in written and oral French and English.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple work streams simultaneously, set priorities, work independently and flexibly with a strong commitment to excellence in high-pressure situations.
- Strong diplomatic, interpersonal skills, proving capacity to facilitate high-level strategic discussions and ability to build relationships in a challenging multicultural environment.
- Deep personal commitment to producing results and navigating political situations with humility, patience, and optimism.
